📋 Description

• Build software from the ground up in a fast-paced environment, and iterate on existing products as they launch • Work across the stack, from designing database schemas to deploying HIPAA-compliant cloud infrastructure to spinning up Node.js backend services and React frontends • Design and implement resilient integrations with dental insurance carriers and practice management systems • Collaborate directly with our dental billers and clients to understand their challenges and come up with creative solutions to improve their workflows • Take on ambiguous problems and shape the culture and best practices of our engineering team

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of software engineering development experience • Proficiency in a web stack language (Typescript/Javascript, Python, C#) with an openness to working in Typescript • Experience designing and scaling databases such as Postgres • Experience building infrastructure in a cloud provider like AWS or GCP • A strong product mindset and high user empathy • A high level of autonomy, ownership, and curiosity • A low ego and willingness to admit mistakes and learn from them
