📋 Description

• Be a legal business partner to Wiz’s revenue teams in EMEA, summarizing and communicating legal concepts and risks to business teams • Take ownership of drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing a wide range of legal agreements • Advise fellow Wizards on contract interpretation and negotiation to accelerate contract velocity • Seek to understand customer and internal client positions and solve problems from their perspective • Triage a heavy workflow, set appropriate priorities with internal clients, and deliver results efficiently • Support the continuous improvement of agreement templates and legal processes • Manage agreements to comply with company policies and risk tolerance

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of in-house legal experience in a software/technology company • Knowledge of data privacy and experience in handling data privacy questions when negotiating Data Processing Agreements • Both written and verbal fluency in either German or French • Admitted to the bar and in good standing or otherwise authorized to practice law in Israel, the UK or at least one country in Europe • Strong “business-friendly” style focused on supporting growth and success of the business • Ability to structure, draft and negotiate a high volume and broad range of contracts, including SaaS contracts, professional services agreements, partner agreements, and NDAs • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team • Experience with Salesforce, Slack, DocuSign, and contract lifecycle management systems • Legal right to work in the country where the position is based without the need for visa sponsorship
