📋 Description

• Act as a strategic people manager and a senior execution leader. • Drive the delivery of complex, cross-functional security and technology initiatives. • Partner closely with leaders within the CISO / CIO team and across key Wiz functions. • Recruit, develop, and manage a world-class team of Technical Program Managers. • Lead high-stakes programs yourself.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience establishing and leading large, complex, cross-organizational initiatives within security engineering, security operations, and technology. • Proven experience recruiting, mentoring, and supporting a high-performing team of Program Managers. • Demonstrated ability to execute TPM work as a senior leader. • Proven experience working effectively as a bridge between security and engineering-focused teams. • Ability to work and communicate effectively across diverse, globally distributed, and international teams. • Hands-on experience leading programs in security engineering domains and technology.
