📋 Description

• Lead-level backend ownership • Make architecture decisions independently • Design systems with long-term scalability in mind • Turn ambiguous product needs into production-ready backend solutions • Use AI to move fast while maintaining judgment around architecture, correctness, security, performance, and reliability • Design and own backend services in NestJS and TypeScript • Build and maintain GraphQL APIs across a microservices environment • Own database design, optimization, and reliability in Postgres • Define technical direction • Set and enforce quality standards • Translate ambiguous product needs into clear technical solutions • Contribute to system design, infrastructure decisions, testing strategy, and developer productivity

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of work experience in software development • 2+ years of experience in Nest.js • 2+ years of work experience with databases • 2+ years of work experience with Postgres/GraphQL/TypeOrm • 3+ years of experience with Node.js • Bachelor's Degree in IT or Computer Science or equivalent experience • Strong with AI tools in software engineering workflows • Ability to use AI to speed up implementation, debugging, documentation, and problem-solving • Experience as a Lead Engineer or Architect
