📋 Description

• As a Customer Service Representative (m/f/d), you are the first point of contact for our customers. • You not only provide excellent care and resolution of customer concerns, but also actively support our internal operational processes. • Competent handling of customer inquiries via email, chat and phone • Resolving support cases and ensuring high customer satisfaction • Proactively supporting internal teams (Sales, Trainers) with operational processes • Managing and optimizing tools such as Digistore24, Memberspot, Mailchimp, Typeform, Zapier, Facebook • Maintaining and organizing projects in Asana • Creating process documentation and FAQs for internal procedures • Supporting management with organizational and administrative tasks in day-to-day operations

🎯 Requirements

• Initial experience in customer service or a similar role • Confident use of digital tools, in particular Digistore24, Memberspot, Mailchimp, Typeform, Zapier, Facebook • Mandatory: willingness to use Asana as the project management tool (prior experience not required) • Strong communication and problem-solving skills • Structured and independent way of working • Fluent German skills, both written and spoken; good English skills are an advantage
