• Manage and advise an existing regional customer base and acquire new customers in the passenger car and commercial vehicle spare parts sector • Independently plan and conduct customer appointments/visits • Actively sell the product range • Optimize and further develop existing sales processes • Conduct market monitoring and competitor analysis • Support sales and customer events • Perform needs and potential analyses (Customer 360 evaluation tool) • Responsibility for sales and profitability • Participation in WM Werkstattmessen (workshop trade fairs)
• Completed technical or commercial vocational training, preferably in the automotive sector • Field sales experience within the automotive industry • Understanding of market and customer needs • Excellent communication skills and strong customer orientation with a consistently friendly and professional demeanor • Good German language skills, spoken and written • Persuasiveness and negotiation skills • Confident user of MS Office applications • Valid driver's license (Class B / former Class 3)
