• Support and advise an existing regional customer base and acquire new customers in the passenger car and commercial vehicle sectors • Independently plan and conduct customer appointments • Actively sell the product range • Optimize and further develop existing sales processes • Conduct market monitoring and competitor analysis • Support sales and customer events • Perform needs and potential analyses (Customer 360 analysis tool) • Responsible for revenue and profitability • Participate in WM workshop trade fairs
• Completed technical or commercial training, preferably in the automotive sector • Field sales experience within the automotive industry • Understanding of market and customer needs • Strong communication skills and a pronounced customer focus with a consistently friendly and professional manner • Good command of German, both written and spoken • Persuasiveness and negotiation skills • Confident user of MS Office applications • Driving licence category B (or Class 3)
