• Manage and advise an existing regional customer base and acquire new customers in the passenger car segment • Independently plan and conduct customer appointments • Actively sell the product range • Optimize and further develop existing sales processes • Conduct market monitoring and competitor analysis • Support sales and customer events • Perform needs and potential analyses (Customer 360 analytics tool) • Responsible for revenue and profitability • Participation in WM workshop trade fairs
• Completed technical or commercial training, preferably in the automotive sector • Field sales experience within the automotive industry • Understanding of market and customer needs • Excellent communication skills and strong customer orientation with a consistently friendly and professional manner • Good German language skills, spoken and written • Persuasiveness and negotiation skills • Confident in using MS Office applications • Driving licence class B (formerly class 3)
