📋 Description
• Act as Company representative during collective bargaining with unions. • Provide legal advice on NLRA issues and collective bargaining agreements. • Conduct risk assessments on business issues and advise management. • Manage outside counsel activities as necessary.
🎯 Requirements
• Juris Doctorate (accredited) • Six (6) years of relevant work experience in labor law and collective bargaining • State Bar Licensure • Minimum travel requirement of 50%
