📋 Description
• Provide leadership and direction to financial shared service organization • Ensure effective financial internal controls and accuracy of consolidated statements • Lead and mentor diverse team of accounting managers and analysts • Develop and implement strategy relating to Financial Shared Services functions • Interact with internal and external auditors • Monitor and analyze monthly operating results against budget
🎯 Requirements
• BA/BS in Accounting • 8-10 years of strong financial management experience • At least 4 years in a Shared Services Leadership role • 3-5 years in a controllership type role supporting executive leadership at the CFO level • Strong understanding of Sarbanes-Oxley compliance • Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting and cost control principles including GAAP • SAP S4/HANA and HFM familiarity a plus • Blackline Experience
