📋 Description

• Partner with the Product Solutions team and key business stakeholders across Warner Music Group • Rapidly build and deploy automation and data- and AI-powered solutions • Work directly with business stakeholders across labels and global functions • Turn painful, time-consuming tasks into workflows that take minutes • Deliver full-stack solutions, including data pipelining and interoperability • Develop backend systems in Python • Develop dashboards and Streamlit applications • Leverage Databricks and Snowflake AI tools, including Genie and Cortex • Understand stakeholder problems and deliver impactful solutions with limited context • Communicate with and manage expectations of non-technical customers • Keep customers informed throughout solution delivery • Explore and apply new technologies across varied domains • Contribute to standards and use existing tools and systems aligned with the engineering roadmap

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of software engineering experience • Experience with Python • Experience with data pipelining, such as ETL • Experience with Snowflake and/or Databricks; one is sufficient • Exposure to customers • Ideally, experience with Genie Code or Cortex Code, Notebooks, and Streamlit • Ability to work across backend, frontend, data pipelines, and AI tools • Ability to use AI effectively while maintaining excellent engineering standards • Ability to design, build, and deploy production AI solutions • Ability to rapidly understand problems and develop solutions without curated requirements • Strong communication skills with non-technical stakeholders from entry to executive level • Familiarity with AI tools such as Gemini, Cortex Code, and Genie Code • Adaptability across varied problems and domains • Ability to contribute to standards and align solutions with the Data and Insights engineering roadmap • Passion for learning and feedback • Music fan motivated by supporting artists’ careers and compensation
