• GBS Intake Manager is a key member of our Global Business Services team. • Responsible for leading the intake of new work into our global business services platform. • Ideal candidate will have strong project management skills to handle complex projects from M&A integration to migration of work from local finance to the GBS team. • Critical liaison between our M&A deal team, business stakeholders, and the GBS delivery teams. • Ensure clear communication, proper scope definition, and appropriate sizing of delivery teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. • 5-7 years of experience in intake management, shared services operations, and project management • Demonstrated experience with M&A integrations • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and provide data-driven insights. • Exceptional communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, and customer service skills. • High level of attention to detail and accuracy in managing information. • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic global environment. • Problem-solving mentality with a proactive and continuous improvement orientation. • Demonstrated ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information.
