📋 Description

• Drive complex, cross-functional technical programs from concept to delivery across engineering, product, design, cybersecurity, and business teams • Collaborate with engineering, product, UX design, and cybersecurity to define technical requirements, priorities, and project scope • Develop and own communication strategies; report status, identify risks, and explain complex technical issues to leadership and stakeholders • Lead annual and quarterly OKR planning processes and ensure product teams pursue measurable goals • Manage cross-functional dependencies, resource allocation, scope, and schedules • Identify inefficiencies and drive internal process improvements, including automation of manual efforts • Keep teams on plan and within budget while tracking and closing technical issues • Own planning and execution of programs that deliver software impacting millions of music fans

🎯 Requirements

• Background in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practice experience • Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and ability to communicate effectively with engineers • Experience assisting in operational excellence or incident management programs for high-traffic software applications • Highly organized project management approach with proven ability to develop organizational mechanisms and implement metrics/KPIs • Ability to identify technical and non-technical risks and develop strategic roadmaps aligned with company-wide objectives • Genuine love for music and desire to innovate within the music industry • 1–3 years of experience in technical project/program management, equivalent software engineering experience, or a highly technical internship at a reputable technology company • Exposure to infrastructure, platform systems, and migration or deprecation of distributed systems • Experience shipping consumer-facing software at scale • Experience with issue tracking and work management software such as Jira and Airtable • Experience using AI tools to automate repeated manual processes
