📋 Description

• Develop and execute B2B digital marketing strategies focused on lead generation and nurturing for SaaS products. • Directly support multichannel campaigns (email marketing, paid media, social media, webinars, and content) driven by data. • Create and manage graphic design and audiovisual materials, such as promotional videos, tutorials, posts, and infographics, ensuring consistency with the brand's visual identity. • Operate and optimize marketing automation tools, monitoring nurturing flows and performance metrics. • Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams, aligning marketing actions with acquisition, retention, and upsell strategies. • Stay up to date on trends in B2B marketing, automation, SaaS, and digital design, proposing innovations and continuous improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Design, or a related field. • 3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the SaaS segment. • Proven experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, RD Station, ActiveCampaign, or similar). • Knowledge of SEO, the B2B sales funnel, and digital metrics analysis (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc.). • Proficiency in design and video editing tools: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects), Figma, or equivalents. • Strong writing skills and the ability to translate complex messages into clear, visual communications. • Analytical, creative, and collaborative profile with the ability to manage priorities and deadlines.
