• Identify and engage potential partners, including companies, institutions, and funders • Present our projects and develop joint collaboration opportunities • Negotiate and finalize funding or partnership agreements • Work with project teams to clearly communicate their needs • Document and maintain partner contacts in our CRM system

🎯 Requirements

• Passion for social issues and community engagement • Initial experience in sales, fundraising, or project development, including experience gained through studies or internships • Strong and persuasive communication skills • Self-motivated, reliable, and results-oriented • Fluent German, including confident negotiation skills • English is an advantage
