• Translate complex pharmaceutical data into actionable business insights • Partner with commercial, marketing, sales, market research, forecasting, finance, and analytics teams • Analyze market dynamics, competitive landscape, brand performance, patient and physician dynamics, sales and promotion effectiveness, market access and reimbursement, patient journeys, product launches, lifecycle management, forecasting, demand planning, market share, market growth, and customer segmentation • Translate pharmaceutical business questions into analytical requirements and structured problem statements • Integrate and synthesize multiple internal and external data sources • Convert fragmented data into clear business narratives and actionable insights • Identify relationships, trends, inconsistencies, and gaps across datasets • Develop structured analytical datasets and business-ready views • Analyze business drivers and explain why events occurred and their implications for the business • Develop hypotheses and analytical approaches based on business context • Proactively design and develop analytical solutions • Lead strategic insights delivery and manage reporting activities • Understand stakeholder requirements and collaborate across functions • Use BI, analytics tools, advanced Excel, Power BI, and AI augmentation • Prepare presentations and dashboards and communicate recommendations to senior stakeholders • Participate in strategic business discussions and provide data-driven perspectives
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmacy / Life Sciences • 7–8 years of relevant professional experience with global pharma/healthcare clients • Ability to independently own analytical workstreams • Ability to engage with senior stakeholders • Ability to drive insights from business question through analysis to recommendation • Strong experience in pharmaceutical commercial analytics / business insights / consulting • Experience working with pharmaceutical commercial datasets • Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical/healthcare commercial ecosystem • Understanding of pharmaceutical commercial data sources, including IQVIA, HCP data, CRM data, market research data, and competitive intelligence • High-level understanding of macroeconomic factors including GDP, PPP, disposable income, and healthcare expenditure • Advanced competency in data synthesis, analytical thinking, problem solving, business acumen, stakeholder management, collaboration, data storytelling, Excel, and Power BI • Hands-on experience with BI and analytics tools, advanced Excel, and AI augmentation • Ability to communicate insights effectively to senior stakeholders through presentations, dashboards, and discussions • Startup spirit and proactive approach
