📋 Description

• Define and execute the strategic vision and growth strategy for the Procurement Transformation & Advisory practice • Establish capabilities across procurement transformation, digital procurement, data strategy, and AI-enabled procurement services • Advise CPOs, CFOs, COOs, CEOs, and executive leadership teams on enterprise procurement transformation • Develop procurement transformation methodologies, frameworks, and intellectual property • Guide clients in designing future-state procurement organizations • Lead complex global procurement transformation programs from strategy through implementation • Define approaches for procurement maturity assessments, benchmarking, and Target Operating Model design • Sponsor procurement operating model modernization initiatives • Drive innovation across procurement technology, analytics, data governance, GenAI, agentic procurement, autonomous procurement, digital workforce solutions, and cognitive sourcing platforms • Develop strategic perspectives on intelligent procurement organizations, AI governance, and future procurement operating models • Own sales, revenue, profitability, and growth objectives for the consulting practice • Lead strategic client pursuits, executive presentations, and enterprise transformation engagements • Develop partnerships with procurement technology, data, and AI solution providers • Identify market trends and create innovative service offerings • Represent the firm at industry conferences, executive forums, and client events • Build, lead, and mentor the Procurement Transformation & Advisory team • Sponsor leadership development, succession planning, and professional growth • Promote knowledge sharing and reusable methodologies, tools, and best practices • Publish and present thought leadership on procurement transformation, digital procurement, AI, analytics, and emerging technologies • Monitor industry trends, market developments, and competitive landscapes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required • 15+ years of consulting and procurement leadership experience • Deep executive-level expertise in procurement strategy, TOM design, digital procurement, data strategy, analytics, and AI • Significant experience leading global procurement transformation and technology-enabled change programs • Recognized industry authority in procurement modernization and AI-enabled procurement • Demonstrated success building, scaling, and commercializing consulting offerings • Strong network across procurement leaders, technology providers, and industry analysts • Exceptional executive presence, communication skills, and commercial acumen • Strategic thinking about business and industry trends in procurement • Analytical and problem-solving techniques for complex issues • Track record of customer-focused consulting engagements delivering quality work and maintaining respectful client relationships • Track record in business development, commercial, or sales • Master’s degree or MBA preferred
