• Digital Transformation Managers supervise cross-functional teams including marketing, IT, customer service, and operations. • They align these departments towards digital objectives, supervising project implementation and ensuring effective communication throughout the organization. • They track key performance indicators (KPIs) to gauge the success of the digital initiatives. • They manage project timelines, resources, and budgets. • They assess and manage risks that come with the projects of digital transformation. • They analyze and monitor metrics and data to assess how digital attempts have fared. • They conduct change management activities in order to promote cultural transformation and integrate digital technologies.
