• Provide support to SAP AMS Team by solving SAP related user requests • Advise key users on SAP best practices, customizing and developing within SAP ECC modules • Provide ITIL based user support using Ticket system • Configuration, development, and maintenance of SAP system • Application support, change management, enhancements, and new process requirements
• Business or Computer Science degree at University level or equivalent • Deep knowledge of SAP module N/N and ITIL based user support • Several years experience supporting SAP applications • Experience in international projects, team player • Worked in an international SAP AMS environment compliant to SOX • Experience with ITIL processes and ticket based working • Understanding business terms and conditions • Manufacturing background with complex ERP system support function
