📋 Description

• Design, develop, test, and maintain actuarial tools and models using various programming languages to automate processes • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within actuarial functions • Work with large datasets, ensuring data integrity and effective visualization for actuarial insights • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for existing actuarial tools and applications • Collaborate with actuarial teams, IT, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure successful project delivery • Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for developed tools and processes • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and best practices in coding, data science, and actuarial science to drive continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• 3-4 years of professional experience in software development, programming, or data analysis roles • Demonstrated expertise in at least two of the following programming languages: Python, VBA, R, SQL • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex actuarial concepts into technical solutions • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, or a related quantitative field
