📋 Description

• Support invoice reconciliation • Assist Sourcing Managers with category strategy development and improvement • Analyze and summarize overall spend data • Participate in project scoping discussions with stakeholders • Assist with requirement gathering before project scoping • Support RFQ activities • Send and analyze stakeholder survey results for Supplier Business Reviews • Work closely with vendors to support or resolve inquiries

🎯 Requirements

• Category specific knowledge and experience • Deep understanding of procurement-to-pay cycle • Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data in Excel using pivot tables and various other key Excel functions • Ability to work with various technology platforms • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience required • Minimum 4-5 years of work experience in procurement, sourcing, operations, or supply chain • Consulting or client service delivery experience a plus • Experience in categories such as Professional Services, Construction, IT infrastructure, Data Center, Connectivity, or Technology NPI • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Demonstrated teamwork and team leadership capabilities • Excellent project management skills, including project planning, time management, multitasking, and critical path definition • Strong customer service orientation, issue resolution, and relationship management skills • Ability to learn and master client-specific processes, terminology, political environment, systems, and unique requirements • Solid decision-making ability using available facts in sensitive client situations • Analytical and self-driven
