• Manage the development and execution of sourcing projects of various complexity levels • Execute simple to complex sourcing projects from start to finish • Validate sourcing requests according to client guidelines • Analyze requirements for bid packages and communicate with client requesters to close data gaps • Prepare and publish bid packages to identified suppliers • Follow up with suppliers to ensure adequate participation • Analyze and summarize proposals • Coordinate supplier evaluations and facilitate decision-making • Provide RFP, RFI, and RFQ sourcing services based on predefined service levels • Manage 7-12 simple and/or intermediate projects simultaneously • Support teammates with RFx development, NDA management, spend data analysis, and proposal summarization • Perform due diligence and validation, obtain missing project details, and answer process-related questions • Follow category strategy cards and Intellectual Capital guidance regarding suppliers and quote/proposal collection • Research and identify suppliers • Present concise proposal summaries to clients • Participate in peer reviews and check quality, consistency, and compliance with Procurement methodology and client-specific requirements • Support spend analysis, supplier performance management, and contract administration
• Bachelor’s degree in any field • A minimum of 5-7 years of work experience in operational, procurement, sourcing, or service desk management • High proficiency in German C1-C2 and English C1-C2 • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills • Understanding of at least one to three categories, including pricing structures, terminology, bidding sheet development expertise, cost structure, and key vendors • Ability to create client-ready communications • Ability to apply a systematic problem-solving process independently
