🎯 Requirements

• Mastery of Current Gen Tools: Demonstrated, high-level proficiency with the latest foundational image and video generation models • Classic Artistic Foundation: A strong educational or professional background in traditional/digital art • The 'Final End' Focus: Focused on the polished, final output rather than the weeds of micro-managing generations • Discerning Eye: An acute sense of visual quality, able to spot and correct artifacts, scaling issues, or stylistic inconsistencies • Prior Game Industry Experience: Understanding of the nuances, constraints, and specific requirements of game asset production • Technical Agility: Ability to overcome generation limitations and achieve specific visual goals • Optimization Aware: Understanding of how asset size, resolution, and format impact game performance
