📋 Description

• Execute the automation roadmap set by the AI Practices Lead • Design, build, and maintain automation and infrastructure for project management and delivery workflows • Build and maintain client reporting dashboards and internal agency dashboards connected to real data • Build capacity planning tools that track team load across active work • Build recruiting automation for pipeline tracking, candidate communication, and reduced manual coordination • Improve internal and external information and communication flows • Collaborate directly with affected teams to ensure systems fit their workflows • Maintain and troubleshoot production systems • Identify and propose the next highest-leverage processes to automate • Report directly to the AI Practices Lead

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated experience building automation and internal tooling in a production environment, not just personal projects • Strong systems thinking and ability to map how information and work move through an organization • Comfortable working across PM, delivery, recruiting, and leadership stakeholders • Ability to explain why a process is worth automating and why a specific solution is appropriate • Experience with dashboarding and reporting tooling • English fluency sufficient for daily collaboration with a US-based team • Nice to have: experience in an agency, professional services, or client-delivery environment • Nice to have: experience building recruiting or HR-adjacent automation • Nice to have: familiarity with AI/LLM-based tooling and agent workflows • Nice to have: experience standing up systems from scratch in a lean, fast-moving environment
