📋 Description

• Execute high-conversion experiences, full customer journey redesigns, and high-performance growth creative • Deliver work in close collaboration with the VP of Design according to the design roadmap • Design premium high-conversion sites and landing pages • Design acquisition landing flows, onboarding, collection architecture, PDP storytelling, cart and checkout, retention, and member UX • Design growth creative including paid social landing pages, advertorials, quiz flows, product education, bundles, upsells, and offer frameworks • Build and maintain component libraries and design systems across brands and campaigns • Use Claude Design, Figma MCP, and automated asset generation to reduce production time • Evaluate workflows and identify opportunities for repeatable systems or agents • Present work using session replays, cohort behavior, and voice-of-customer data • Improve conversion, AOV, and funnel progression through design decisions • Help expand WON’s design agents and workflows • Establish reliable, premium design output for WON

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in digital design, agency or in-house • Strong ecommerce / DTC experience • Portfolio of modern, premium work, not template-driven • Mastery in Figma • Strong typography instincts • Ability to articulate why a design decision is right • Comfortable being measured by impact, not just output • Familiarity with AI design tools such as Claude Design or Figma MCP, or genuine interest in building them into your workflow • Designed for high-end brands such as beauty, apparel, wellness, or premium food (nice-to-have) • Experience working within Shopify ecosystems (nice-to-have) • Built component libraries and design systems from scratch (nice-to-have) • Contributed to CRO programs that produced measurable performance gains (nice-to-have) • Required portfolio/work samples • Required resume • Required LinkedIn profile • Required English proficiency selection
