📋 Description

• You create video content for social media campaigns – from shooting to final edit. • You film independently, have a good eye for dynamics, lighting and timing, and think in terms of content rather than traditional film formats. • You edit, add sound and animate your content – with a strong sense for platform logic, trends and storytelling. • You advise our creatives during idea development on feasibility, style and execution – and then independently implement the final concepts. • You work closely with concept, design, performance teams and the client to ensure fast, high-quality delivery. • You use AI tools purposefully to optimize workflows or expand creative options – e.g., for editing, audio or visual effects.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–5 years of professional experience in content creation, social video or motion design – ideally in an agency environment or a social-first team. • Experience in video shooting (e.g., with a smartphone, DSLR or small rig) and confident use of editing software (Premiere, After Effects or comparable tools). • You work quickly, in a structured way and with high quality – not driven by perfectionism, but with a good sense for aesthetics and impact. • You are familiar with trends and platform mechanics and can incorporate them into your work. • You take responsibility for quality, timelines and efficiency in production. • Openness to new technologies and AI – you use tools as smart support, not as a gimmick. • Self-reliance, team spirit and enthusiasm for creative collaboration in interdisciplinary teams. • Remote work is possible – for on-site shoots (e.g., in Karlsruhe or Stuttgart) you should be flexible and willing to travel. • Very good German language skills; English is an advantage.
