📋 Description

• Operation and further development of Microsoft 365, Copilot and AI services • Ensuring stability, performance and scalability, as well as monitoring, updates and support • Translating and implementing requirements from business and delivery teams • Implementing security policies and access concepts and supporting ISMS/compliance topics • Enabling the organization through stable tools and services

🎯 Requirements

• Experience operating and evolving IT and cloud environments • Microsoft 365 knowledge (Entra ID, Exchange, Teams, SharePoint) • Basic understanding of AI/Copilot services • Knowledge of IT operations, administration and troubleshooting • Experience with cloud technologies, primarily Azure (AWS is a plus) • Understanding of IT security, governance and compliance • Hands-on mentality • Very good German and English skills
