📋 Description

• Orientar a los candidatos desde el primer contacto y explicarles los requisitos, beneficios y etapas del programa Au Pair • Acompañar a los prospectos durante el proceso para impulsar su inscripción y matriculación • Apoyar a los participantes en la creación de su perfil internacional • Preparar a los participantes para entrevistas con agencias internacionales y familias anfitrionas

🎯 Requirements

• Mínimo un año de experiencia en agencias de intercambio, reclutamiento internacional o ventas de servicios educativos y de viajes • Se valorará especialmente haber participado como Au Pair en Estados Unidos • Inglés intermedio-avanzado (B2/C1), necesario para trabajar con documentación e interfaces en inglés • Excelentes capacidades de comunicación • Orientación al logro de metas comerciales • Empatía
