• Manage leads to maximize conversions. • Conduct personalized advising via WhatsApp, phone calls, email, and virtual/in-person meetings. • Explain program benefits, answer questions, and close sales. • Maintain consistent follow-up until final enrollment. • Document and report progress and productivity metrics in the CRM. • Participate in fairs, webinars, and recruitment activities. • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Experience selling intangible products (plans, insurance, banking, telecommunications, loans, call center) • Experience with high-ticket sales and managing cold leads. • Ability to persuade and negotiate, building trust with clients. • Initiative and proactivity, results-oriented with resilience under pressure. • Interest in the education sector and an understanding of the impact of the role. • Preferred: International experience or experience with foreign clients. • Knowledge of English. • Basic knowledge of social media and digital marketing.
