• Coordinate marketing campaigns across multiple external agencies, including PPC, paid digital, and website partners. • Ensure marketing initiatives are organized, tracked, and delivered according to timelines and priorities. • Support demand generation efforts that contribute to lead flow for the internal team. • Collaborate with the team to help coordinate marketing-related event activities, including attendee lists and planning timelines. • Maintain alignment between marketing activities and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution. • Monitor project progress and keep campaigns on schedule across different partners and initiatives.
• Experience in **marketing operations, campaign execution, or marketing project management**. • Strong **project management and organizational skills**. • Ability to coordinate **multiple stakeholders and external partners simultaneously**. • Experience working with **marketing campaigns or demand generation initiatives**. • **Strong English communication skills**, with the ability to collaborate directly with leadership. • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple concurrent initiatives.
