📋 Description

• ● Lead retention strategy: Own email, SMS, and lifecycle marketing strategy across multiple ecommerce clients, aligning programs with growth goals and customer behavior. • ● Build intelligent customer journeys: Use segmentation, personalization, and automation to craft tailored experiences that convert and retain customers. • ● Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with our design, copy, and development teams to translate strategies into thoughtful creative and seamless execution. • ● Analyze and optimize: Track performance, test hypotheses, and translate results into actionable insights and strategic recommendations. • ● Own your accounts: Act as the strategic lead, proactively presenting opportunities, sharing learnings, and helping clients understand what's driving growth and customer loyalty. • ● Innovate with AI and automation: Identify ways to use emerging tools to improve segmentation, A/B testing, creative development, and reporting efficiency. • ● Lead client strategy calls: Communicate findings clearly, guide decision-makers through data, and align stakeholders around strategic initiatives. • ● Develop and refine retention frameworks: Create tailored customer lifecycle strategies that reflect each brand's unique goals and customer base.

🎯 Requirements

• ● 4+ years of professional experience in email, SMS, or retention marketing, ideally in an ecommerce or agency environment. • ● Deep understanding of customer lifecycle strategy, retention metrics, and A/B testing methodologies. • ● Hands-on experience with Klaviyo (strongly preferred) or similar platforms such as Attentive or Hubspot. • ● Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for email formatting and QA. • ● Excellent communication and presentation skills with comfort leading client calls and guiding decision-makers through strategic recommendations. • ● Strong analytical thinking — ability to interpret data and tell compelling stories behind results, not just report metrics. • ● Proven ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines. • ● A collaborative mindset with genuine curiosity about what drives customer loyalty and ecommerce growth. • ● Organized, resourceful, and proactive approach to problem-solving and strategy development.
