📋 Description

• Design, develop, and evolve critical backend services • Create and maintain the technology stack for products integrating information from social security, tax, and financial institutions • Build complex third-party integrations • Develop and maintain APIs • Ensure high standards of quality, performance, scalability, security, and observability • Write efficient database queries • Work with relational and NoSQL databases in production environments • Implement logging, metrics, alerts, and monitoring • Collaborate with teams using CI/CD and agile methodologies • Participate in asynchronous video screening, recruiter alignment, and technical/cultural interviews in English

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced English B2 Upper, mandatory • Minimum 5 years of backend development experience • Advanced experience with Golang, mandatory, and Python • Strong foundation in software engineering principles, clean architecture, and design patterns • Proven experience designing, developing, and maintaining APIs and integrating third-party services • Experience with relational databases and NoSQL solutions, especially MongoDB • Ability to write efficient queries • Understanding of indexes, performance, and ORMs such as SQLAlchemy in production environments • Experience with AWS, especially Lambda, S3, IAM, and EC2 • Practical knowledge of observability, including logging, metrics, alerts, and monitoring • Experience working in collaborative teams with CI/CD and agile methodologies • Analytical, pragmatic, and solution-oriented profile with ability to make decisions and trade-offs • Must be located in Latin America, France, or Spain • Ability to work synchronously with Central European Time, CET/CEST (UTC+1/UTC+2) • Desirable: knowledge of web scraping • Desirable: experience in Open Banking or Open Finance
