📋 Description
• Provide administrative and clerical support by processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices • Monitor expenses and keep a record for tax & audit purposes • Handle high-volume emails and calls • Respond to vendors and internal teams regarding payment status • Maintain W-9s • Be a liaison between the accounts payable team and operations • Monthly reconciliation of vendor statements • Knowledge of accrual accounting • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as identified by the manager
🎯 Requirements
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) • 1-3 years’ experience in the field or related area • Must be competent in the Windows operating system environment • Proficiency in Adobe Professional, Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and learn other software as needed.
