• Support Occupational Health efforts as a primary liaison for injured employees • Manage workers’ compensation claims, OSHA recordkeeping, and return-to-work processes • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners for legal compliance and case management • Provide reports and insights to leadership • Track lost workdays and complete required documentation as needed • Participate in case management review and incident investigations • Document modified duty position and coordinate claims handling • Communicate regularly with injured workers and relevant parties
• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a valid compact/multistate RN license • Must hold California single-state RN license, in addition to the compact/multistate license • Bachelor of Science in Nursing is highly preferred • Must hold current BLS certification • 3-5 years' experience in a Workers Compensation Case Management setting required • 2-3 years' experience in an urgent care, emergency department, or occupational health setting preferred • COHN required
