📋 Description

• Lead or support end-to-end implementation of Workday’s HCM product across a varied portfolio of customers • Act as a trusted advisor, leading or supporting single or multiple HCM functional streams focusing on Talent Acquisition and Development • Complete Workday Core HCM & Practical Certification training; participate in Specialist Certification training • Collaborate with Data and Integration Consultants to ensure seamless touchpoints • Understand Customer requirements and translate into configured solutions; perform detailed unit testing • Support customer during multiple testing rounds; resolve test issues with guidance • Perform final deployment activities and knowledge transfer and post-production support • Travel up to 25% of time; remote-friendly; flexible work arrangement

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years Consulting experience, either as an Internal Consultant or with a Consulting/Software Company • 5+years relevant educational qualifications and/or experience implementing or supporting (HCM/Recruiting/Talent/Learning) solution • Business analysis and requirements gathering skills • A detailed-driven problem solver, with a passion for delivering exceptional levels of customer service • A strong presenter with excellent verbal and written Communication skills • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time (under typical circumstances) • Fluency in German and English is mandatory • Pursuant to applicable Fair Chance law, Workday will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records.
