📋 Description
• Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der Client-Umgebungen (Windows 11, iOS-Geräte) • Softwareverteilung und idealerweise Paketierung über Empirum & Intune • Technische Verantwortung im Bereich Intune (Device Management, Policies, Apps) • Administration & Ausbau der Matrix42-Plattform inkl. Empirum • 2nd-Level-Support mit Fokus auf nachhaltige Ursachenanalyse, nicht Symptombehandlung • Projektbezogene Reisen (2–3x pro Jahr) zu nationalen und europäischen Standorten • Automatisierung & Skripterstellung mittels PowerShell (optional, aber willkommen)
🎯 Requirements
• Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation • Fundierte Erfahrung im Bereich Client-Management und End-User-Support • Nachweisbare Praxis mit Microsoft Intune, insbesondere im Policy- & Device-Bereich • Erste Berührungspunkte mit Matrix42 ausreichend – gezielte Einarbeitung möglich • Kenntnisse in PowerShell und Azure AD sind ein Plus • Lösungsorientierte, strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit einem Blick für das Wesentliche • Kommunikationsstark, hands-on und teamfähig • ITIL-Kenntnisse (idealerweise ITIL 4 Foundation)
