• Provide functional leadership to the Accounts Payable team and offer operational support as needed • Ensure accurate and timely processing of incoming invoices • Drive future-focused development and optimization of processes, with an emphasis on digitization and automation of invoice intake • Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with HGB (German Commercial Code) • Participate in and coordinate cross-departmental and cross-functional projects
• Completed vocational training, ideally with additional qualification as a Bilanzbuchhalter (certified balance-sheet accountant), or a degree in business/economics—preferably with a focus on finance—or an equivalent qualification • Professional experience in a comparable role with functional leadership responsibilities • Proficient in MS Office; experience with SAP S/4HANA is an advantage • Experience implementing digitization and automation processes • Reliable and independent working style with a cross-organizational, process-oriented mindset • Analytical thinking and a structured approach to work
