• Lead end-to-end sales cycles for cybersecurity solutions including threat detection, SIEM, endpoint protection, and managed security services • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, territory plans, and sales forecasts • Drive pipeline generation through outbound efforts, marketing collaboration, and partner channels • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key enterprise customers and decision-makers (CISOs, CIOs, IT Heads) • Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team (if applicable) • Leverage relationships with OEMs, MSSPs, and cybersecurity partners to drive co-sell opportunities • Own and exceed quarterly/annual sales targets and KPIs • Stay current on cybersecurity trends, emerging threats, and competitor landscape
• 10+ years in B2B enterprise sales, with at least 5+ years in cybersecurity solution selling • Strong understanding of cybersecurity technologies like SOC, SIEM, EDR, IAM, DLP, Zero Trust • Demonstrated success in meeting/exceeding sales targets and growing strategic accounts • Experience in consultative selling to enterprise clients across BFSI, Healthcare, IT/ITES, Manufacturing • Ability to engage with technical and business stakeholders, including C-level executives • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills • Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) • Existing relationships with CISOs, CIOs, or IT heads preferred • Exposure to global cybersecurity frameworks like NIST, ISO 27001, or GDPR preferred • Technical certifications or foundational understanding in cybersecurity (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH) is a plus
