📋 Description

• Execute the pre-sales framework through virtual and onsite meetings • Engage customers, prospects, and partners and drive the discovery process • Lead product demonstrations and identify how Workiva solutions address customer and prospect needs • Develop expertise across Financial Reporting, GRC, and Sustainability Reporting domains • Assist Sales with account plans supporting Workiva strategies and objectives • Conduct process assessments and build Proofs of Concept to validate requirements • Build and present partner-specific business cases • Work with implementation partners and Workiva Client Services to support onboarding and long-term customer success • Develop new use cases or apply existing templates to demonstrate solution impact and value • Deliver cross-domain coaching, training, or mentoring to peers as needed • Collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, Client Services, Scoping, and Customer Success teams • Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the sales cycle by connecting customer outcomes to platform capabilities and guiding technical validation

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 4 years with a Master’s degree; or 2 years with a PhD • Knowledge of Financial Reporting, GRC, or Sustainability Reporting, or strong aptitude and commitment to rapidly develop domain expertise • Fluency in Spanish and English • Experience engaging with and presenting to business or IT managers and executives • Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills • Self-motivated with strong propensity for action, results, and continuous improvement • Experience building processes from the ground up, including design, proposal, and cross-functional alignment • Proactive collaboration and feedback to product management teams • Ability to solve problems and articulate solutions to business problems • Hands-on technical experience with SaaS solutions, cloud technologies, and architectures preferred • Experience with technical connectivity and integration aspects, including APIs • Ability to gather business needs and present compelling, value-based software demonstrations preferred • Reliable internet access while working remotely
