📋 Description

• Provide pre-sales support to sales teams in developing and presenting Workiva platform solutions • Provide technical subject matter expertise through technical and architecture presentations, product demonstrations, and value-based messaging • Develop example solutions, prototypes, and proofs of concept • Engage customers, prospects, and partners via phone, web, or onsite meetings • Drive discovery processes and identify how Workiva solutions address customer needs • Work with Client Services to support smooth onboarding and long-term customer success • Develop knowledge of industries, departments, and relevant use cases • Conduct generic and targeted demonstrations covering Financial Reporting and Controls Essentials • Develop new use cases or use existing templates to demonstrate solution impact and value • Conduct process assessments, build proofs of concept, validate requirements, and present customer-specific business cases • Deliver cross-domain coaching, training, or mentoring to peers • Collaborate with Product Marketing, Client Services, Scoping, and Customer Success • Assist Sales with account plans supporting Workiva strategies and objectives

🎯 Requirements

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field • 4+ years of experience in presales, solution consulting, technical sales or client-facing SaaS implementation • Fluency in both English and German • Experience engaging with and presenting to business or IT managers and executives • Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills • Self-motivated with strong propensity for action, results and continuous improvement • Hands on technical experience with SaaS solutions, cloud technologies, and architectures preferred • Experience with ERP, GRC, GL, FP&A, or Analytics & Reporting solutions • Ability to present a value based, compelling software demonstrations • Willingness to travel up to 40% for team and corporate meetings • Reliable internet access for remote work
