📋 Description

• Partner with sales and internal stakeholders to drive technical wins across target opportunities • Connect platform capabilities, automated data workflows, and practical AI tools to measurable customer outcomes • Uncover technical requirements through collaborative discovery • Develop example solutions, prototypes, and proofs of concept • Engage customers, prospects, and partners via phone, web, or onsite meetings • Drive discovery and identify where Workiva solutions address customer needs • Work with Client Services to support onboarding and long-term customer success • Develop working knowledge of industries, departments, and relevant use cases • Conduct generic and targeted demonstrations for Financial Reporting and Controls solutions • Develop use cases and use templates to demonstrate solution impact and value • Conduct process assessments and build and present customer-specific business cases • Deliver cross-domain coaching, training, or mentoring to peers • Collaborate with Product Marketing, Client Services, Scoping, and Customer Success • Assist Sales with account plans supporting Workiva strategies and objectives • Own Opportunity Technical Evaluations and drive verified technical wins • Guide customers on data connectivity, automated reporting workflows, and practical AI capabilities • Conduct solution discovery and value presentations across Financial Reporting, GRC, and Sustainability solutions

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of related career experience in pre-sales/solution consulting or management consulting (e.g., Big 4 or equivalent) • Background in solution consulting, technical sales, or solution delivery • Bachelor’s degree in a related field strongly preferred, or equivalent practical experience • Experience engaging with and presenting to business or IT managers and executives • Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills • Self-motivated with strong propensity for action, results and continuous improvement • Hands-on technical experience with SaaS solutions, cloud technologies, and architectures preferred • Experience with ERP, GRC, GL, FP&A, or Analytics & Reporting solutions • Ability to present value-based, compelling software demonstrations • Working knowledge or practical experience with emerging AI capabilities • Familiarity with enterprise data structures, API integrations, or cross-domain platform solutions • Up to 30% travel for customer and internal meetings • Reliable internet access for periods working remotely • Required to undergo comprehensive security and privacy training
