📋 Description
• Provide technical leadership for a team of 6-8 experienced members • Support data migration tasks in the CRAVES Deployment Project • Engage internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth transition to the SaaS environment • Manage diverse data sources associated with the project • Lead the data team and supervise project tasks • Collaborate with SMEs and delivery teams to identify and communicate data migration requirements • Develop data migration strategy and specifications • Identify, manage and monitor risks and issues for data migration plan • Produce regular data migration status reports
🎯 Requirements
• A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field • Minimum of six years of experience in information management or a related field • Demonstrated technical leadership experience • Experience working in ETL design and implementation • Proven experience in working CAMA project in the provincial government • Hands-on experience in data migration analysis • Experience using various data formats such as database extracts, spreadsheets, JSON, CSV • Demonstrated experience with Master Data Management and Data Governance Practices • Experience working within a team environment
