📋 Description

• Provide IMT support, coordination, and stakeholder engagement for all CCS-supported systems across GoA ministries. • Investigate and analyze IMT changes related to department reorganizations, Active Directory impacts, and Microsoft file security. • Lead consultations and facilitate stakeholder meetings. • Create business requirements, functional specifications, and technical documentation. • Schedule and lead status and project meetings. • Create project and planning documents. • Escalate unresolved issues/risks, providing recommendations. • Ensure work is delivered according to IMT standards, scope, and operational practices. • Provide regular status updates, maintain documentation in SharePoint, and attend team meetings. • Apply project management methodologies and governance tools to ensure effective delivery. • Document technical recommendations and provide guidance to management and project teams. • Collaborate on proof of concept initiatives and limited production rollouts. • Provide quality control on production implementations. • Communicate operational guidelines to clients and interpret how they align with department objectives. • Review new service or technology requests and assess operational impacts, recommending remediation plans.

🎯 Requirements

• 5 years – Experience as a business analyst translating business requirements into detailed specifications. • 5 years – Experience as a project coordinator leading technical teams. • 5 years – Experience defining project scope and goals with business stakeholders. • 5 years – Experience gathering requirements from diverse stakeholders across multiple business areas. • 5 years – Experience with complex SharePoint projects including managed metadata, permissions, workflows, migration, etc. • 5 years – Experience with development, integration, and support of Microsoft SharePoint technologies. • 5 years – Experience developing integrated system and technical design specifications for complex solutions.
