🎯 Requirements
• Valid Prince2 Foundation or Practitioner certification. Proof of the certification shall be provided with the response. • Valid PROSCI Organizational Change Management certification. Proof of the certification shall be provided with the response. • 5 years’ experience in end-to-end delivery of provincial healthcare projects that have successfully implemented provincial clinical standards across multiple hospitals. The response should include at least 2 examples including the duration of the projects or work that total at least 5 years. • 5 years’ experience managing large-scale healthcare projects including building of supply chain capacity and distribution procedures. The response should include at least 2 examples including the duration of the projects or work that total at least 5 years. • 3 years’ experience leading clinical consolidation projects in a healthcare setting, with a focus on reorganizing hospitals to align with new acute and sub-acute models. The response should include at least 2 examples including the duration of the projects or work that total at least 3 years. • 3 years’ experience in implementing technology solutions to improve healthcare operations, such as enhancing system access efficiency or automating supply chain processes. The response should include at least 2 examples including the duration of the projects or work that total at least 3 years. • 2 years’ experience in managing projects that involve selection and implementation of software packages to deliver clinical functionality in healthcare settings. The response should include at least 1 example including the duration of the projects or work that total at least 2 years.
