📋 Description
• Foster the adoption of Agile principles and skills across teams and departments, aligning delivery practices with enterprise strategy. • Coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Agile teams to deepen Agile maturity and cultivate high-performing, self-organizing teams. • Educate and coach teams and leaders on the uptake and adoption of Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) tailored to organizational needs. • Manage and facilitate Agile ceremonies, workshops, and other key events. • Identify and remove systemic impediments to Agile delivery; influence leadership to support change. • Develop and manage Agile growth and maturity backlogs, implementation plans, and success metrics. • Deliver training to build agile capability across the organization. • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, learning, and collaboration.
🎯 Requirements
• 8–10 years of experience in Agile environments, including enterprise-level coaching and training. • Proven experience with the Scrum and Kanban Agile frameworks. • Must have experience coaching mature Agile teams—not teams new to Agile. • Candidates must show experience helping long-established Agile teams refine practices, deepen Agile principles, and advance maturity. • Experience demonstrating servant leadership and guiding mature teams through continuous improvement cycles.
