• Manage and close opportunities in our Small Business segment; • Own the sales pipeline end-to-end — qualification, demo, negotiation, and closing; • Conduct strategic discovery calls focused on business objectives; • Deliver customized demos to both technical and non-technical audiences; • Collaborate with SDRs and the Marketing team on pipeline generation and ABM strategies; • Work closely with Product and Customer Success teams to ensure ongoing value; • Maintain strong pipeline hygiene and accurate forecasts in HubSpot; • Continuously improve through weekly deal reviews, coaching, and training.
• 1–2 years of B2B SaaS sales experience; • Proficiency in English (spoken and written); • Comfortable selling in French; • Strong consultative selling skills and value-based approach; • Proven success managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders; • Excellent ability to deliver demos and communicate with decision-makers; • Experience in pipeline management and sales forecasting (HubSpot is a plus); • Proactive, self-starter in a fast-paced environment.
