📋 Description

• Explore promising ideas and rapidly develop prototypes to test different technologies; • Work within a small team driven by a strong experimental mindset and fast iteration cycles; • Adopt a trial-and-learn approach, treating each attempt as a learning opportunity; • Take calculated risks, gather early feedback and adjust solutions to maximize impact; • Collaborate closely with your team’s developers, other teams and technology leaders (staff and principal developers, managers, directors); • Guide the technical implementation of experiments, bridging exploration and production; • Identify high-potential ideas and select appropriate technologies to bring them into production.

🎯 Requirements

• 5 to 10 years of back-end development experience, ideally in a platform engineering-oriented environment; • Experience using AI tools as part of everyday software development; • Strong proficiency in back-end development with C#/.NET; • Ability to plan and execute projects end-to-end; • Strong communication skills; • Solid knowledge of cloud distributed systems and DevOps CI/CD practices.
