• Plan, launch, and optimize paid search and social media campaigns to drive free trials and qualified demos; • Manage and scale campaigns on Google Ads, Bing, LinkedIn, Meta, and Reddit; • Monitor spend and performance to ensure efficient customer acquisition costs (CAC); • Identify and prioritize experimentation opportunities by channel, format, and audience; • Design, execute, and measure tests to improve acquisition, conversion, and efficiency; • Collaborate with content, design, and web teams to create impactful campaigns; • Analyze funnel performance and share insights to guide strategic decisions; • Keep up with trends in digital advertising, analytics, and AI-assisted optimization.
• 6 to 8 years of experience in performance or growth marketing, with direct management of paid channels; • Proven experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn, or similar platforms; • Strong analytical mindset and ability to make data-driven decisions; • Experience designing and running A/B and multivariate tests; • Proficiency with tools such as GA4, HubSpot, and HockeyStack; • Excellent collaboration skills in multidisciplinary environments; • Curious, results-oriented, with a desire to explore new growth levers.
