📋 Description

• Own the full sales cycle for Swiss accounts, from first conversation to onboarded talent • Uncover where, why and how fast companies are hiring and the risks of compliance failures • Equip HR champions with arguments relevant to Finance, Legal and leadership decision-makers • Create urgency, negotiate confidently and keep deals moving • Build pipeline with BDRs and pursue major territory opportunities • Advise Swiss companies on accessing global talent through WorkMotion's workforce solutions

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1 year of closing experience as an AE in B2B SaaS • Track record of hitting or beating quota • Experience with discovery and qualification methodologies such as MEDDICC • Cold calling and outbound sales experience • AI proficiency in daily work • HubSpot or similar CRM proficiency; CRM kept up to date • Coachable and able to act on feedback • Native Swiss German and business-fluent English, or fluent in both German and French • Existing network among HR leaders or founders in Switzerland is a bonus • Experience with HR tech, payroll, EOR or other compliance-heavy solutions is a bonus • French language skills are a bonus • Creativity in reaching hiring managers directly is a bonus
