📋 Description

• Resolve employment law matters across different countries • Support internal units and departments on legal matters • Help the organization grow and build new business globally • Ensure company activities comply with local laws • Act as a hands-on legal project manager partnering with the business • Collaborate with Operations, Sales, internal departments, local payroll providers, and law firms • Deliver high-quality, customer-centric legal work aligned with wider business goals

🎯 Requirements

• Spanish lawyer, admitted to the bar in Spain • Expertise in Spanish employment law • Experience working in a law firm or the legal department of a company/startup; ideally both • Around 2–4 years of qualified experience • Spanish mother tongue • Fluent business and legal English, written and spoken • Sharp legal and business judgment, focused and solution-oriented • Knowledge of employment law in other jurisdictions, e.g. Portugal (bonus) • Knowledge of data protection law/GDPR (bonus) • Experience drafting and negotiating sales contracts (bonus) • Additional languages such as Portuguese, French, Italian, or German (bonus)
